This policy explains how payments, project cancellations, revision rounds, changes in scope, project delays, and post-delivery support are handled for custom services provided by Creative Computing Solutions.
Creative Computing Solutions provides custom, project-based services. Once payment is received and project time, planning, development, or other resources have been committed, payments are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Creative Computing Solutions provides custom services including websites and landing pages, interactive calculators and estimators, financial analyzers, Excel and VBA automation, databases, dashboards and reporting systems, workflow automation, internal business applications, integrations, technical documentation, and related custom digital solutions.
Custom services require reserved production time, planning, research, design, development, technical configuration, project management, and potentially third-party purchases. Because resources are committed specifically to each client, the payment and cancellation provisions in this policy apply.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Creative Computing Solutions in writing, project deposits, initial payments, milestone payments, consultation fees, setup fees, expedited-service fees, and final payments are non-refundable once project resources are committed or work begins.
Payments compensate Creative Computing Solutions for:
Payment does not automatically become refundable because (this list is illustrative and not exhaustive):
Clients may request cancellation in writing by contacting us at support@creativecomputingsolutions.com. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.
The client remains responsible for work already performed, partially completed work, reserved project time, approved milestones, planning and research, project management, third-party purchases, software licenses, hosting, domain, platform, or processing expenses, custom assets, and other nonrecoverable project costs.
Clients are responsible for providing requested content, images, brand materials, data, formulas, credentials, access, feedback, approvals, legal wording, and other required project materials.
A project may be marked inactive or abandoned after 30 calendar days without a response or required materials.
An inactive or abandoned project may result in:
Creative Computing Solutions is responsible only for deliverables expressly included in the approved proposal, statement of work, project agreement, invoice, package description, change order, or written project scope.
Conversations, intake selections, examples, demonstrations, reference websites, or informal messages do not automatically expand the approved scope.
A revision round is defined as one organized submission of requested changes delivered by the client at one time.
| Package | Included Revisions |
|---|---|
| Website Launch | 2 revision round(s) |
| Website + Interactive Tool | 2 revision round(s) |
| Automation & Data Solution | As defined in the final statement of work |
| Custom Business System | As defined in the final statement of work |
Included revisions may cover reasonable adjustments such as correcting supplied text, replacing approved images, adjusting spacing, modifying approved colors, revising headings, making reasonable layout adjustments, correcting confirmed defects, and adjusting existing functionality to match documented requirements.
Included revisions do not cover a new design direction after approval, full redesigns, additional pages, additional calculators, new formulas, new reports, new databases, new integrations, new modules, new workflows, new user roles, changes to approved business logic, reversing previously approved decisions, changes caused by a new business strategy, or work not included in the approved scope.
Additional requests may require a separate quote, hourly billing, a written change order, a revised delivery date, a later project phase, or a separate project agreement.
Creative Computing Solutions is not required to begin additional work until the additional scope and applicable charges are approved.
Reasonable implementation and post-delivery support may be included for the period stated in the selected package or final statement of work. Included support may cover confirmed defects, basic usage questions, launch-related issues directly caused by the delivered work, clarification of documentation, minor configuration assistance, and corrections required for the project to conform to the approved scope.
Included support does not cover new features, new pages, new integrations, new formulas, new reports, new workflows, content rewriting, redesigns, new business requirements, hosting or domain outages, third-party platform failures, email-provider problems, malware or security incidents not caused by Creative Computing Solutions, changes made by the client or another provider, incorrectly entered client data, training of additional personnel, platform or software updates occurring after delivery, or ongoing maintenance after the included support period.
Ongoing maintenance, edits, monitoring, backups, updates, or technical support may require a separate maintenance agreement or additional fees.
A defect is a reproducible failure of the delivered work to operate materially as described in the approved written scope.
The following are not automatically defects: subjective design preferences, features that were never included, missing content the client did not provide, incorrect results caused by client-supplied data, assumptions, or formulas, third-party limitations, unsupported browsers or devices, unauthorized modifications, client misuse, new expectations introduced after approval, later changes to the client's business, or changes caused by third-party updates.
The client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, ownership, legality, and suitability of submitted business information, prices, formulas, calculations, rates, financial assumptions, legal statements, disclosures, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, spreadsheets, database records, customer information, credentials, instructions, and technical requirements.
Creative Computing Solutions may reasonably rely on client-provided information without independently verifying every fact, formula, legal statement, or business rule. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final content, calculations, disclosures, workflows, reports, outputs, and system behavior before launch or operational use.
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, scheduling systems, email platforms, APIs, analytics providers, plugins, cloud platforms, software libraries, database services, and artificial-intelligence tools.
Creative Computing Solutions does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, feature removal, account suspension, service termination, approval decisions, API changes, security incidents, data loss, or future incompatibility. Third-party costs are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in writing.
Please contact Creative Computing Solutions and attempt to resolve billing or project concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel the project agreement, create a refund right, transfer ownership of unpaid work, or eliminate payment obligations.
Creative Computing Solutions may provide the payment processor with relevant accepted policies, project scope, order records, communications, approvals, invoices, delivery records, access records, work product, and transaction evidence.
Nothing in this policy eliminates a refund or cancellation right required by law, waives a legal right that cannot be waived, prevents a legally protected complaint, restricts a government agency's authority, eliminates a remedy that applicable law makes mandatory, or requires enforcement of a provision found unlawful.
If applicable federal, state, or local law grants a mandatory right that conflicts with this policy, that law controls only to the extent required.
